Library History
The Caloocan City Library was established to serve as a cornerstone of knowledge and learning for the community. Over the years, it has evolved from a modest collection of books to a modern facility offering a wide range of resources and services. The library continues to adapt to the changing needs of its patrons, supporting education, culture, and lifelong learning for all citizens of Caloocan.

Anyone who enters the Caloocan City E-Library will be accommodated in a lounge where every reader will experience the feeling of having a welcoming second home. Anyone may take a rest in the area and newspapers are available for leisurely reading for everyone's use.

Reading and Recreation Hub
The modernization of the E-Library has a traditional heart. The physical collections of the library and its sections such as Filipiniana, Textbooks, Theses, and the like are still available for room use.

Computer Hub
The core of an E-Library is, of course, the computer. They are available in this section. Whatever the physical limitation of the library can be compensated for by computers as they have digital resources or e-resources in the form of digital articles or books, and even magazines, available on the Internet. The e-resources are available for everyone to use, whether for research or general reference.

As the transactions with the government are digitizing, the e-library is open to anyone who would like to avail the digital transactions with various government agencies such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and Caloocan City Online Services.
